Beginning your fitness journey can sometimes be a daunting prospect but at Berkhamsted Fitness Training we are dedicated to understanding your personal needs and tailoring a package to suit you.

In addition to the time we spend with our clients in the gym we offer nutritional guidance and training programmes for you to complete outside of your 1:1 sessions.

Prior to starting your programme we offer an optional fitness test and body measurements service which includes:

  • Full body measurements (we love the tape measure as it draws you away from those scales!)
  • Body Fat (a non- intrusive way of tracking your body composition)
  • Fitness test (including blood pressure, lung capacity and basic aerobic and strength assessments)
  • Before and After photos (by far the most motivating tool we have ever used)

We also offer 2:1 Personal Training. This can be hugely beneficial if you have a training buddy to split the cost with! Prices on request.
